When purchasing goods from www.segers.com always applies a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If an item has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal therefore ends when you break the seal.

If you want to cancel your purchase, please submit a return notification at segers.com/contact. There you will find a form with the information we need to handle your case.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date on which the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to us. The goods must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original carton. If the goods are not returned in acceptable condition, we have the right to charge a cost for handling unsaleable product.

When you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs. From the amount to be refunded, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the original value of the item, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to you having handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the return. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the item, unless otherwise agreed or there are obstacles to such a refund.
