Below you'll find questions and answers for what to expect and how to go about tracking or managing your delivery.

Currently, we deliver within the EU and to Norway.

We also deliver to the UK, the USA, and Canada. Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for any potential additional costs, such as customs, taxes, or other fees associated with your purchase or import. We receive many inquiries about delivering to other parts of the world, and we are actively working on expanding our availability to more markets. Please feel free to contact us for updates on deliveries to your specific region!

Currently, we distribute with Postnord in Sweden and Denmark, as well as with DPD for our European markets. We also offer delivery with DHL to most markets.

Our ambition is for your goods to be shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of your purchase.

For traceable delivery options, a tracking link in the delivery confirmation is sent via email or in some cases by text message.

If your package is traceable, it may be up to 48 hours before the tracking link is updated.

If your package is traceable, click the link in the delivery confirmation alternatively on My Pages to follow your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the link to be updated from sending your package from our warehouse.

If you do not collect your package on time, it will return to us, and we will then charge a handling fee. Therefore, even if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should collect your package and return it to us using the accompanying return note.
