All purchases are made through Shopify Payments. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, Klarna and Ideal (in the supported markets) Unfortunately, we do not currently manage purchases outside the EU.
All payments are made through Shopify payments. It is therefore dependent on which payment method you selected if it is possible to change the method of payment. If you paid, for example, by direct payment via Visa, Maestro or MasterCard, it is not possible to change payment options.
When you go to the payment function, an assessment is made by our payment partners in order for them to know which of the payment options they can offer you. Assessment is individual and based on several different factors; such as past payment history, how much you want to shop for, and external information.
If your purchase is denied, it means that our payment partner cannot offer you the credit you are applying for that specific purchase.
For web customers there is also an order limit. Contact Customer Support if you're having trouble getting your order through.
A check is also made that there is a valid organization number/VAT No.
As a rule, the amount is reserved when your purchase is executed and charged when we send your goods, in some cases you will already be charged in connection with the purchase.
In case of delayed or non-payment of invoice or instalment, you will receive a reminder from Klarna with a delayed payment fee.
We cannot see or manage your payment by invoice. Contact Klarna for any payment questions.
